BILD Brands was founded after years of firsthand experience working inside the fitness and events industry.
The Beginning – Building FitCon
The foundation of BILD Brands started long before the company itself existed. While building FitCon, we had the opportunity to work closely with hundreds of the top fitness brands in the world.
This provided a rare front-row seat to what separated companies that grew rapidly from those that struggled. The biggest difference wasn’t always the product. It was their branding, positioning, and the systems behind their marketing.
That realization sparked the beginning of what would eventually become BILD Brands.
Rebranding & Automating FitCon
As FitCon continued to grow, it became clear the brand itself needed to evolve.
The company underwent a full rebrand, redefining its identity, messaging, and positioning within the fitness industry. Alongside the new brand direction, systems and automations were implemented to support scalable growth.
The transformation changed everything. The event began attracting better partners, stronger sponsors, and higher quality opportunities.
It proved firsthand how powerful the right brand and systems can be.
Scaling & Exit
After growing FitCon to more than 30,000 attendees, the next chapter began.
The company was successfully sold, marking the completion of a multi-year journey of building, scaling, and positioning a brand for acquisition.

Before launching BILD Brands, he founded and built FitCon, one of the largest fitness expos in the United States, working with hundreds of leading fitness brands and gaining firsthand insight into what separates companies that grow from those that struggle.
After growing FitCon to more than 30,000 attendees and successfully selling the company in 2022, Dallin launched BILD Brands to help other entrepreneurs build the same scalable growth infrastructure behind their businesses.
