Is the academy month to month?

Yes. You can start, pause, or stop at any time.

What is the refund policy?

There is a no refund policy on the monthly mentorship.

What do the weekly coaching calls consist of?

Typically, each call will be about 1 hour long. It consists of training on branding, marketing, or mindset, followed by live Q&A.

How does the group chat consulting work?

Once a member, you will have access to our group chat where you can ask questions about your brand. The Bild staff & members will answer your questions throughout the day/week.

When do the weekly calls take place?

Every Thursday at 12 pm PST. (subject to change)

Will the calls be recorded?

Yes, and a copy of the call will be stored in your dashboard for you to view at anytime.

Will you be giving me individual advice on my brand?

Yes, each member will receive a 1 on 1 onboarding call where we give your brand a roadmap.

How do I cancel my membership?

Navigate to your account section. From there, you will have the option to cancel your membership at any time.

What if I want additional help?

You can schedule 1 on 1 calls with a bild team member for an additional cost at any time.
