Our offerings include brand coaching, consulting, marketing services, content creation, social media management, paid advertising management, event hosting, leadership programs, and mindset coaching (collectively, the “Services”). Participants gain access to coaching, mentorship, and structured training to optimize both their personal and business growth.

Brand Accelerator Program

An intensive brand-building program that includes a brand audit, business blueprint, marketing strategy, and sales framework to help businesses create a high-converting, scalable brand.

Website & Logo Design

Professional branding services, including logo design, website development, and brand identity creation to help businesses establish a strong online presence.

Content Creation

Development of original brand content, including photography, videography, social media content, and marketing materials tailored to attract and engage target audiences.

Comprehensive social media strategy, post creation, scheduling, engagement, and audience growth management to help brands build a loyal community online.

Paid Advertising Management

Strategic ad campaign management on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI and business growth.

Event Hosting & High-Adventure Leadership Events

Organization and hosting of conferences, masterminds, networking events, and leadership experiences designed to educate, connect, and inspire entrepreneurs.

Business Consulting & Mindset Coaching

One-on-one consulting and coaching to improve branding, marketing, sales, leadership development, and personal growth.

4. Payments & Fees

When you purchase any Service from Bild Brands, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. The following terms apply:
• Payment Structure: Fees may be one-time payments or recurring subscriptions, depending on the service.
• Recurring Subscriptions: If you enroll in a membership or coaching program, your payment method will be automatically charged at the prescribed academy rate.
• Late Payments: If a payment is overdue by 30 days or more, a 10% late fee may be applied to your balance.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Bild Brands LLC maintains a strict No Refund Policy on all purchases of our services, programs, and events. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.

If you enroll in a subscription-based program, you may cancel your membership before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

• High-Adventure Leadership Events: If you participate in physical or outdoor activities, you assume all risks involved. You may be required to sign a liability waiver before participating.
• Limitation of Liability: Bild Brands is not liable for any losses, damages, or business outcomes resulting from your use of our Services.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided by Bild Brands—including courses, videos, templates, and branding materials—are intellectual property owned by Bild Brands LLC.
• You may not copy, distribute, or resell any of our content without written permission.
• If we create custom brand assets for you (such as a logo or website), ownership transfers to you upon full payment.
• We may feature your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Bild Brands LLC – Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement

Acceptance of Terms (Online Agreement)
By checking this box and proceeding with checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Waiver & Release of Liability. This electronic agreement is legally binding and has the same effect as signing a physical document. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.

If you are agreeing on behalf of another person (for example, your minor child or a person you are guardian for), you certify that you have the legal authority to do so (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). All provisions of this waiver will equally apply to that minor or other participant, and you will be responsible for them. By proceeding, you also accept that checking the box constitutes your electronic signature to this Agreement.

Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility
Participating in Bild Brands events, trainings, or activities involves inherent risks. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all risks associated with your participation (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands), including the possibility of serious injury, illness, disability, or death. These risks may come from activities, the venue or environment, equipment, other participants, or staff actions (or inactions). You understand that no safety measures can eliminate all risks.

By agreeing, you confirm that:
Physical Condition: You are in good health, physically fit, and have no medical conditions that would make your participation unsafe. You will not participate if you have been advised against strenuous activity or if you have any condition that could be worsened by participating.

Follow Safety Rules:
You will follow all instructions, rules, and warnings given by Bild Brands staff or in event materials. You will act carefully and responsibly to protect yourself and others.

Stop If Unsafe:
If at any time you believe something is unsafe or you feel unwell, you will immediately stop participating and seek assistance if needed (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). You will notify staff of any safety concerns.

Medical Treatment & Costs:
If you are injured, you consent to any necessary emergency medical treatment and transport, and you understand that you are solely responsible for all related costs (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). You release the company from any liability for providing or failing to provide any medical care or first aid (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands).

Personal Belongings:
You are responsible for your own personal belongings at the event. Bild Brands and the venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands).

By assuming these risks, you understand that you are proceeding at your own risk and that you alone are responsible for any injuries or losses you may experience.

Waiver of Liability (Release of Claims)
By agreeing to this waiver, you hereby waive, release, and discharge Bild Brands LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, sponsors, and volunteers (the “Releasees”) from any and all claims or liabilities connected to your participation in any Bild Brands event or activity (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). This means:

You give up your right to sue or hold the Company or its Releasees responsible for any injury, illness, death, or property damage you may suffer, even if it is caused by the Company’s negligence (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands).

You covenant not to file or bring any lawsuit or claim against the Company or related parties for such incidents (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands).

This release applies to all legal claims of any kind, whether known now or discovered later, and whether arising from the actions of the Company, other participants, or any other cause. You intend this waiver to be as broad and inclusive as legally permitted.

By giving this comprehensive release, you understand you are relinquishing substantial legal rights that you might otherwise have to seek damages from the Company (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). You acknowledge that you have considered this carefully before agreeing.
Indemnification Agreement

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bild Brands LLC and all other Releasees from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities brought by a third party (including your family, heirs, or legal representatives) arising out of your participation in the event or your actions (or inactions) during the event (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). In plain terms, if you or anyone else brings a claim against the Company for something that occurred because of you (or the person you signed up), you will be responsible for all damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs) that the Company or Releasees incur as a result (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). This indemnification applies even if the claim alleges negligence by the Company.

You also agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless if you breach this agreement or if any minor or other participant you registered is found not bound by this waiver and then makes a claim (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands) (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). Your obligation to indemnify exists to the fullest extent permitted by law and survives after the event.

Media Release and Authorization
By participating in a Bild Brands event, you grant the Company permission to record and use your image and likeness. This means you allow Bild Brands to take photographs, video, or audio recordings of you during events or activities and to use these materials for any legitimate purpose, in any media (for example, on websites, social media, promotional materials, or videos), forever and worldwide (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands) (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). Uses include, but are not limited to, marketing, advertising, promotional or educational materials, and any other business purpose of the Company.
You understand and agree that:

No Payment or Royalties: You will not receive any compensation or royalties for the use of your name, likeness, voice, or image captured at the event (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). The permission you grant is irrevocable and perpetual, meaning you cannot revoke it later.

No Approval Rights: The Company may edit, alter, or crop images or recordings at its discretion, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the final version of any media that includes your likeness.
Release of Claims: You release Bild Brands and its partners from any claims related to the use of these images or recordings, including any claims for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, or infringement of publicity rights. You understand that all images and footage are the sole property of the Company to use as it sees fit.

By agreeing, you confirm that this media release does not conflict with any other agreements or rights and that Bild Brands may rely on this release.

No Refund Policy
All purchases and fees are final. You understand and agree that there are NO refunds for any registration fees, product purchases, or other payments you make to Bild Brands LLC for any reason (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). This no-refund policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Your inability to attend or participate in an event (regardless of the reason, such as illness, schedule conflict, travel issues, etc.).

Event changes or cancellation: Events may be subject to cancellation or change for reasons beyond the Company’s control (for example, bad weather, natural disasters, government orders, safety concerns, or other emergencies) (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands) (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). Even if an event is postponed or canceled, you will not receive a refund of fees paid (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). The Company may, at its sole discretion, allow a transfer or credit to a rescheduled or alternate event, but this is not guaranteed.

Rule Enforcement: If you are removed from an event or denied entry due to violating event rules, safety policies, or applicable laws (for example, bringing prohibited items or refusing safety screening), you are not entitled to any refund or compensation (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands) (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands).

By agreeing to this policy, you also waive any right to dispute or charge back your payment with your credit card provider or bank (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). You agree that you will not attempt to circumvent the no-refund policy. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this agreement, Bild Brands may use this document to challenge it and you may be held responsible for additional costs or legal fees.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Bild Brands LLC provides its events, services, and any related products “as is” without any warranties. By agreeing, you acknowledge that:

No Warranties: The Company makes no express or implied warranties about the safety, condition, or fitness of the event, venue, equipment, or its website and services (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). This includes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You accept that there is no guarantee of safety or error-free services; you participate at your own risk (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands).

Limited Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bild Brands will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may result from your participation or use of our services (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). This means the Company is not responsible for costs like lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, or other non-direct losses, even if caused by the Company’s negligence and even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands).
Maximum Liability: In any case, if Bild Brands is found liable, the maximum amount you can claim or recover from the Company is limited to the total amount you have paid to the Company for the event or service in question (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). You agree that the Company’s total cumulative liability will not exceed what you paid to participate.

No Responsibility for Third Parties: Bild Brands is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or representations of any third parties, including venue owners, vendors, contractors, or other participants. Similarly, any personal arrangements or expenses (such as travel or lodging) you incur related to an event are at your own risk – the Company will not reimburse those, even if the event is canceled.

Release of Unknown Claims: You expressly waive any benefits or protections under laws that would otherwise limit the release of unknown or unsuspected claims. You intend this waiver to include all claims even if not anticipated at the time of agreement.

You acknowledge that these disclaimers and limits on liability are an important part of this agreement, and the Company would not allow participation without them. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations; in such cases, the Company’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands) (applying to agreements made and performed in Arizona), without regard to its conflict of law principles. By agreeing, you consent to the following dispute resolution terms:

Mediation First: If you have any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement or your participation in a Bild Brands event, you agree to try to resolve it informally first. You will notify the Company of the dispute and participate in good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct talks, you agree to attempt non-binding mediation administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) in Arizona before taking any other action (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands) (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). The cost of mediation will be shared equally.

Binding Arbitration: If a dispute is not resolved by mediation, it will be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Arizona, administered by JAMS under its arbitration rules (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). No lawsuits in court (except to enforce arbitration awards) will be filed. The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator, and no class-action or collective arbitration is permitted – claims must be brought on an individual basis only (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). You and the Company waive the right to a trial in court and to a jury for any claims covered by this arbitration agreement (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs all aspects of the arbitration, and the arbitrator may award any relief that a court could, except they cannot award punitive or exemplary damages beyond actual damages (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Forum for Litigation: In the unlikely event a claim is not required to be arbitrated (or if the arbitration clause is unenforceable), you and the Company consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Arizona for any litigation. (For example, to enforce an arbitration award or if a claim must be brought in court, it will be in courts located in Arizona.) You agree not to file any action in any other jurisdiction.

Attorney’s Fees: If you file a claim or lawsuit contrary to this agreement (for instance, ignoring the arbitration requirement or filing a class claim), you may be responsible for the company’s attorney fees and costs in defending such action.

Additionally, if the Company is the prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation, it is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from you to the extent permitted by law (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands) (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands).

Time Limit to Bring Claims: You must bring any claims within 1 year. To further ensure prompt resolution, you agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of your participation or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands) (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). This is a shorter period than the law might otherwise allow, but it reflects our mutual desire to resolve any issues quickly.
By accepting this Agreement, you are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue in court, the right to a jury trial (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands), and the right to participate in a class or consolidated action (Terms & Conditions - Bild Brands). You affirm that you understand and agree to these dispute terms.

By checking the box and completing your purchase, you assert that you have read this Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement completely, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms. You understand that you are giving up certain legal rights for yourself (and for others, if applicable). If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with registration or purchase.
